The Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye will tomorrow, *Wednesday, 15th July 2026 commence a 3-Day Retreat for members of its Governing Council.
The retreat is designed to provide the Council with an opportunity to review the university’s strategic direction, policies, and developmental priorities for the 2026 academic session and beyond.
According to a statement signed by the Deputy Registrar, Corporate Affairs Division, Mr. Niyi Oduwole, fnipr the Opening Ceremony of the retreat will hold at 10:00am at the WoSam Arena, Ago-Iwoye.
The statement urged members of the university community and stakeholders to attend the opening session.
“The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ayodeji Johnson Agboola*, looks forward to welcoming you to the ceremony,” the statement added.
The 3-day retreat is expected to feature presentations, strategic discussions, and policy deliberations aimed at strengthening governance and enhancing the overall growth of the university.
